Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit my website. My name is Julia Fisher and I am a trained psychotherapist with an extensive background within complimentary therapies. I have established clinics in Kent and Covent Garden.
I am qualified to work on an individual basis, with couples and within a corporate setting. My academic training lasted for four years with compulsory personal analysis and supervision throughout.
I have continued to study, currently with my PHD, to expand my therapeutic tools and expertise. This includes CBT - to reflect the diverse situations/symptoms that my client may experience. My training permits me to engage in a multi modal capacity that incorporates Jungian, Kleinian and Cognitive/Behavioural techniques. This offers a confidential and safe therapy in times of vulnerability.

“Working together in a safe and confidential space we will work together to help bring you to a better understanding of who you are, who you can be and the world that surrounds you”.
The type of therapy depends on the nature of your problem and the results of an initial consultation. Therapy will involve individual counselling/psychotherapy over an agreed number of sessions, with reviews and homoeopathic remedies maybe given to aid the healing process.
Each life story is heard and honoured without judgment from myself and each consultation is viewed as unique as the individual who is attending. Unconscious and conscious dynamics will be explored when required with Dream Analysis and dialogue to bring a clearer understanding of present patterns within the life. Recommendations maybe made to other professionals if that is helpful in aiding your healing process.
I will support your healing journey… working together in a safe and confidential space we will work together to help bring you to a better understanding of who you are, who you can be and the world that surrounds you.
Please feel free to contact me to arrange an appointment.
I have written a number of self-help guides which have been published and have proved to be very helpful. Some of the subject matters include - Anxiety, Motivation, Depression versus Grief, Sleep problems and Saying “No”.
“Julia is one of the most astute people I've ever met. She is intuitive, friendly, accomplished and the very best therapist I've ever used. Through her help, my relationship has been transformed; she has improved my self-confidence and helps me deal with issues that have had a negative effect on me since childhood. I've recommended several people to her and she has worked her magic on them too. If you've never had therapy, you'll love her, she's easy to talk to and gets to the heart of your issues. If you've had therapy and found you were disappointed, please try her, my brother in law felt like this and he's now had several sessions with her, she's helped him deal with a severe alcohol problem and really helped him tackle some of the long term issues that were making him drink. She's fantastic - try her, you won't be disappointed”.
“Julia is powerful. Working through a maze of past, present and future, Julia uncovers the silent consciousness of true essence by taking the individual through an inner journey back to self. The formation of character, the cycles of self sabotage, the chemistry behind making one's dream happen are encompassed in the story of Dorothy’s journey down the yellow brick road. Julia's technique is personal, sensitive and deep - creating a safe space for dialogue amongst the participants, who share their own vulnerabilities. She prods, engages, listens and challenges participants to step out and realise their own power... that time has arrived”.
